🔍 WE'RE HIRING: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant 📍 Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (Onsite) 📅 Duration: 6+ Monthswith Possible extension I Job Description: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience. • Employee Central Certification is a must. • Minimum of 3 years working experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global benefits, Intelligent services, and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM • Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Excellent client service skills • Highly organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Understanding of business processes related to Core HR. • Able to travel to client sites within Canada. • Good to know the additional SuccessFactors modules.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. They will work closely with clients to ensure successful integration and functionality of the system.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, along with Employee Central Certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one end-to-end implementation experience is required.
