The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors. As part of our team you will... Interpret purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance Manage procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and issue resolution Coordinate logistics, including transportation and customs Validate supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies Monitor and evaluate supplier performance Build and maintain supplier relationships; onboard new vendors Negotiate purchase orders and supplier agreements Develop sourcing strategies and alternative supply options Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements Assess risks and implement mitigation plans Drive continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate material activities across projects and programs Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on supply and priorities Optimize MRP parameters to balance material availability and inventory levels You're a good fit if you.... Completed a technical or commercial training (e.g., bachelor’s degree in business, Supply chain, Logistics, or relevant field, an asset Have a minimum of 3 years of working aerospace experience in buying logistics or supply chain function Have good knowledge of MS Office as well as of an ERP system (proAlpha an asset) Demonstrate resilience, good problem solving and conflict solving abilities as well as good negotiation skills Are organized and quality oriented Have a flexible and independent way of working Are Bilingual – French/English What we have in store for you… Employees of F/LIST CANADA benefit from a competitive salary package based on capabilities and experience, flexible working hours and attractive benefits.
