The Position: As a Pre-Sales Technical Lead, you will be a crucial link between our sales team and clients, responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your role is to understand client needs, architect solutions, and articulate the value of F12’s service offerings to prospective clients. The Pre-Sales Technical Lead serves as a trusted advisor, helping to build rapport, establish credibility, and ultimately drive successful outcomes for our clients and our business. Responsibilities: Collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support during the sales process. Design and present solutions that leverage F12’s services to address client challenges and achieve their business goals Create overview guide documentation for each opportunity which can be successfully handed to the project operations team. Overview guides include a program and deliverable overview, CPQ data, identified future opportunity items, identified risks and any items established as out of scope. Liaise with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with F12’s capabilities Collaborate with the sales team to executive effective sales strategies and strive to achieve individual and team sales targets Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of F12’s offerings Efficiently assist with the response to RFP/RFI/RFQ type of requests from the market Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, industry trends, and benefits by staying informed through regular training and keeping up to date with the industry and/or product changes and enhancements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales design, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role, preferably within the managed services or technology industry. Strong technical background with expertise in areas such as networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and provide optimal solutions through F12’s product offerings Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IT infrastructure and managed services.
