We serve as a trusted B2B and B2C production partner, supplying premium-grade Direct to Film (DTF) solutions, ready-to-press transfers, and industrial-quality blank films to independent clothing brands, busy Etsy creators, DIY crafters, and major commercial print shops nationwide. Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and grow the company’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term client relationships. This full-time, on-site role in Toronto, ON involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance to meet revenue goals. The Sales Manager will coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to leadership on market trends and customer feedback. The role also includes mentoring sales staff, optimizing sales processes, and representing Falcon Transfers at industry events or client meetings as needed. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in account management and customer relationship management, with a focus on retention and upselling. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales metrics to drive performance. Knowledge of B2B sales in manufacturing, printing, apparel decoration, or related industries is an asset. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse business clients. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Proficiency with CRM software and common office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email). Proven leadership capabilities, including coaching and supporting sales team members. Comfort working on-site in a production environment and collaborating across departments. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
