Prepare, package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring products are ready for the next day with high quality presentation and accurate signage. Receive, unpack, organize, and replenish product efficiently to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize shrink. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including: sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. Complete designated overnight setup and closing procedures to ensure a smooth transition to daytime operations. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis. Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. The ability to work independently overnight with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, repetitive heavy lifting and product handling, and work that may be performed in coolers, freezers, or outdoor conditions.
