Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Guelph, ON. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and following up to close business. The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers, provide product information, and ensure a smooth ordering process in coordination with operations and logistics teams. Daily tasks include updating CRM records, tracking sales activity, monitoring inventory availability, and supporting the sales team with accurate documentation and reporting. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, promoting Fast Track Packaging’s solutions, and contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including lead qualification, quoting, and closing opportunities. Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Service, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction. Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams. Comfort with CRM systems, order entry, and basic data analysis to track sales activity and performance. Ability to work on-site in Kitchener, ON, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is an asset. Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and closing business. Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure a smooth ordering process.

Requires demonstrated experience in inside sales, lead generation, and CRM usage. A post-secondary degree in business, sales, or marketing is preferred, along with experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
