Experienced Automotive Service/Parts Advisor The Company: Favorit Motors is a family owned and operated automotive dealership with over 20 years of experience. Duties and Qualifications: Must have parts ordering experience Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work for mechanics Manage and coordinate the Service Department Create and update work orders and finalize invoices Order and return parts Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer service Manage inbound customer calls and make outbound order calls Handling customer complaints and inquiries Excellent computer skills Must have previous experience in automotive dealership and automotive industry Must have a valid G drivers license Familiar with Mitchell 1 automotive repair software Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Required) Parts ordering experience: 2 years (Required) Automotive service advisor: 2 years (Required) Mitchell 1 software (Intermediate to advanced) Licence: G Class Driver's Licence (Required) If you have what it takes to succeed in this job, please send us your resume today!

Manage and coordinate the automotive service department, including creating work orders and finalizing invoices. Handle parts ordering, returns, and customer inquiries while prioritizing work for mechanics.

Requires at least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor and in parts ordering. Must possess a valid G driver's license and proficiency in Mitchell 1 software.
