As a pioneer in the subprime automotive space, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a driven, experienced Subprime Finance (F&I) Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will manage the full deal lifecycle while delivering exceptional customer experiences: Handle subprime finance deals from application to approval and delivery Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and in-person consultations Assessing customer needs, credit profiles, income, and financial situation Structure and negotiating deals with lenders and customers Present financing, warranty, and aftermarket product options Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and DealerTrack Collect and verify documentation to ensure timely funding Manage and follow up on warm leads (no cold calling required) Ensure full compliance with OMVIC and Ontario regulations Build strong relationships with lenders and stay current on programs What You Bring Minimum 1–3+ years’ experience in subprime automotive finance or F&I Strong knowledge of subprime lenders, deal structuring, and funding processes Ability to analyze and interpret credit reports confidently Experience with DealerTrack and CRM systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail OMVIC License (required or willing to obtain) Valid driver’s license with clean record Ability to pass a criminal background check Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits $150,000+ annual earning potential (salary + commission + bonuses) High volume of qualified leads provided daily Access to prime & subprime lenders 150+ vehicles in indoor showroom Flexible working hours Ongoing training and career development Supportive, team-oriented environment Why Join Favorit Motors?
