The company operates modern production facilities and places a strong emphasis on equipment reliability, continuous improvement and workplace safety. <br> <br>If you enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, working independently and making a direct impact on production performance, this role is worth exploring.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>As the site's Electromechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of the plastic processing facility and supporting day-to-day production. <br> <br>Your responsibilities will include: <br>-Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems <br>-Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment <br>-Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects <br>-Developing and updating maintenance procedures when required <br>-Managing spare parts inventory <br>-Recording maintenance activities using the CMMS <br>-Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance <br> <br>This position is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, offering significant autonomy within the maintenance department.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>We're looking for someone who has: <br>-DEP (or equivalent) in Electromechanics; <br>-At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; <br>-Valid C/E electrical license; <br>-Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems; <br>-Experience using a CMMS; <br>-Basic Microsoft Office skills; <br>-Fluent French and functional written English. <br> <br>You are proactive, analytical, organized and enjoy solving technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. <br> <br>Working Conditions: <br>-Permanent full-time position <br>-$44.31/hour starting wage <br>-Day shift <br>-Modern industrial facility <br>-High level of autonomy <br>-Stable manufacturing environment with a strong safety culture <br> <br>Opportunity to contribute directly to equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. <br>Interested? <br> <br>If you're looking for a position where your technical expertise will have a real impact on production, I'd be happy to discuss this opportunity with you.</p> <br><br>
