Heavy Equipment / Truck & Coach Technician – 310T Licensed Innisfil, ON Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 42.5 hrs./week Our technicians are the hub of our business – everything turns because of them. (for 310T licensed technicians) $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed 310T Technicians Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500 Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training Annual Wage Increases 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance Vacation + Paid Personal Days What You’ll Do Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment. Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more. Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service. Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
