Innisfil,Ontario About The Role We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, enjoys working around heavy equipment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and detailing trucks and heavy equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe wash bay, supporting general facility maintenance activities, and assisting technicians with shop-related tasks. This role also includes picking up and delivering parts as required while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the service team. What You’ll Do Wash and detail heavy equipment, trucks and related equipment Keep the wash bay clean, organized and safe Assist in some general facility maintenance Assist Technicians as needed Pick-up and delivery parts as required Perform any other duties as required Total Rewards Competitive hourly wage of $24.60-$25.00, per hour, based on experience and qualifications Annual Performance Review with Increase Opportunity Group Benefits that are 100% paid for by the Company – inclusive of Health, Dental, Life, Disability and Travel coverage Vacation & Paid Personal days Employer Matching Retirement Savings Plan Position Details Location – Innisfil, Ontario Status - Permanent Position Type – Hourly (overtime paid in accordance with applicable employment legislation) Schedule - Monday-Friday - occasional extended hours may be required based on operational needs. Vacancy Type - Existing vacancy What You Bring Previous detailing experience Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to heavy equipment or shop work environment is an asset Experience operating heavy equipment or trucks Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Ability to use computers including MS Office Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to work independently with a positive attitude Demonstrated team player and willing to assist others when required Additional Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract Forklift license or willing to obtain Ability to operate a Company vehicle as this is a requirement of the position Work Environment Combination of warehouse and office environment Exposure to noise and shop activity Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials and equipment.
