Wash Bay Attendant

Innisfil,Ontario About The Role We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, enjoys working around heavy equipment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and detailing trucks and heavy equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe wash bay, supporting general facility maintenance activities, and assisting technicians with shop-related tasks. This role also includes picking up and delivering parts as required while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the service team. Vacancy Type - Existing vacancy What You Bring Previous detailing experience Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to heavy equipment or shop work environment is an asset Experience operating heavy equipment or trucks Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Ability to use computers including MS Office Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to work independently with a positive attitude Demonstrated team player and willing to assist others when required Additional Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract Forklift license or willing to obtain Ability to operate a Company vehicle as this is a requirement of the position Work Environment Combination of warehouse and office environment Exposure to noise and shop activity Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials and equipment. The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for washing and detailing trucks and heavy equipment while maintaining a clean and safe wash bay. Additional duties include assisting technicians with shop tasks and performing parts pick-up and delivery.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean abstract, and previous detailing experience. A forklift license or the willingness to obtain one is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
