The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Dispatcher I (Day Shift) on a permanent basis. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK. Shift: Average 37.3 hours over a 2-week period with alternating Monday or Friday off. 8.20 hour days. What you’ll do: You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include: * Operate and maintain Terminal Management System. * Maintain operation of loading racks, products, and customers. * Maintain rack and product information (products, temperatures, additive rates, recipes etc.) * Generate, process and key truck and rail Bills of lading. * Analyze and plan rail and truck loading. * Forecast loading plan. * Driver orientation and training. * Performs data entry duties related as required. * Maintain bill of lading printers. * Confirm carrier freight from Bills of lading, including truck and rail dispatch as required. * Inventory management at corporate bulk plants; tracing and expediting of shipments. * Telephone duties as required. * Other duties as assigned.
