Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Document Control Supervisor on a permanent basis within our Major Projects team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK. Are you an experienced document management professional who thrives on creating structure, ensuring compliance, and supporting major capital projects? We are looking for a leader who can oversee document control processes, guide a team of document management professionals, and ensure critical project information is accurate, accessible, and protected throughout the project lifecycle. What you’ll do: Lead and oversee the document management and document control program for Major Projects, including governance, retention schedules, records management, and off-site storage processes. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve document management standards, naming conventions, version control processes, workflows, and compliance requirements. Coordinate the transfer and control of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project records between FCL and external engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners. Administer and enhance document management systems while collaborating with Information Technology teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership and direction to document management staff and contract resources supporting major projects. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with document management professionals and project delivery teams and will provide leadership to Document Management Clerks and contract resources supporting project initiatives. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Project Management, Document Management, and Business Process Excellence and: Have 6 to 9 years of progressively responsible experience in document management, records management, or a related field. Have a bachelor's degree. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation is considered an asset. Are familiar with document control systems, records management best practices, governance frameworks, retention schedules, version control processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. Certified Information Professional (CIP) designation and records management training are considered assets.
