Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two (2) Managers, Financial Planning & Analysis, on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. These positions are hybrid opportunities and are based in Saskatoon, SK. Join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, where you'll serve as a Finance Business Partner to an assigned business unit, providing financial leadership, meaningful insights, and forward-looking analysis that supports organizational success. What you’ll do: Serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned business unit, providing strategic financial advice and supporting key operational and business decisions. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while helping business leaders identify opportunities to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives. Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support earnings, cash flow, and capital decisions. Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions that drive business performance. Review investment proposals, capital requests, and business cases to ensure sound financial analysis, governance, and alignment with organizational priorities. Foster a culture of financial accountability by strengthening financial processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing financial knowledge across the business. Who you’ll work with: The Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Modelling & Advisory, you'll collaborate with Vice Presidents, Directors, and leaders across your assigned business unit, as well as partners throughout Finance, including Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis. Together, you'll provide financial leadership that supports informed decision-making and long-term organizational success. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Finance and: Have 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. Have a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Finance or Accounting. Hold a professional designation (CPA/CFA/CBV).
