This is an interview position Manages and oversees the entire sort operations within a FedEx Ground (FXG) facility. Supports the FedEx Ground (FXG) Safety Above All Culture, ensuring compliance to FXG policies and procedures and governmental regulations Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent Four (4) years business experience Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency: Pay Additional Details: Note: Posting closes on August 7th, 2026.
