Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design. Oversee HR programs across Canada. Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Manage complex employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Drive performance management and compensation programs. Lead change management and transformation initiatives. Coach and develop HR team members. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience in Human Resources. 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience supporting international or multi-country operations. Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law. HR certification such as CHRP/CHRL/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP/SPHR/PHR, or CIPD is an asset. Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Expertise across HR disciplines. Ability to manage cross-cultural and regional complexity. Strong communication and influencing skills.
