Lead & develop a high-performing team Recruit, train, coach, and develop a motivated team aligned with Fjällräven's values Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous learning Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback through regular 1:1s and performance reviews Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences Model and reinforce GUIDE service standards to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and inspired Drive sales conversion through knowledgeable, personalized service and strong team engagement Own store operations & financial performance Create effective schedules, oversee timecards, and ensure labor and policy compliance Manage store expenses, analyze KPIs and P&Ls, and implement strategies that drive profitable growth Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, loss prevention, and operational best practices Champion product & visual excellence Collaborate on product assortments and oversee visual merchandising to reflect brand and seasonal priorities Manage inventory lifecycle, including new product flow, markdowns, transfers, and bi-annual inventory counts Build community & brand presence Cultivate strong relationships with local organizations and partners Plan and execute brand-right community events and manage store marketing and event budgets Lead sustainability in action Embed sustainability into daily store operations, from waste reduction to energy stewardship Educate guests and team members on Fjällräven initiatives such as the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise What Makes You a Great Fit You're a values-driven leader who knows how to balance strategy with humanity. You've led teams through change, delivered strong results, and find meaning in connecting people to purpose-driven products and experiences. You Bring At least 2 years of retail leadership experience (store manager, assistant manager, or multi-store leadership preferred) Proven success driving sales, managing expenses, and achieving operational goals A strong track record of building positive team culture and developing others Deep understanding of retail operations, including scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and compliance A hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for sustainability, the outdoors, and the Fjällräven mission About Us Fjällräven has connected people to nature since 1960.
