The role involves managing business development and sales operations within a specific district. The manager is responsible for driving growth and maintaining customer relationships for Ferrero's sweet-packaged food brands.

The candidate should have experience in sales and business development, specifically at a mid-senior level. Experience within the manufacturing or food industry is preferred.
