Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic production environment? FG Deli Group is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Employee to join our team. This position plays a key role in the preparation and handling of our Dry Cure products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for carrying out production processes related to Dry Cure products(Salami) in an accurate and timely manner. Your role will involve physical work, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Move racks of product through climate-controlled rooms and dry rooms * Prepare products for dipping and apply gelatin and spice coatings * Load products onto wagons and racks for further processing * Operate mobile power equipment to transport wagons throughout the Dry Cure area * Monitor and record inspections at critical food safety control points * Communicate effectively and maintain strong teamwork within the department * Adhere to all safety, HACCP, and SQF protocols and procedures QUALIFICATIONS: * Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting (up to 45 lbs), bending, and twisting * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures * Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others Interested?
