Responsibilities Tasks Prepare and submit reports Recommend measures to improve productivity Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Establish work schedules Train or arrange for training Oversee safety of operations Recommend personnel actions Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Set up machines and equipment Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

The coordinator is responsible for supervising workers, scheduling activities, and overseeing the safety of operations. They also focus on improving productivity and product quality through technical advice and reporting.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site role.
