Direct and control construction projects and the operations of commercial facilities, including real estate and machinery maintenance. Oversee administrative services, manage budgets, and handle technical sales and client relationship management.

Requires a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to manage staff, oversee facility maintenance, and handle sales transactions.
