Successfully meet Finning’s educational and testing prerequisites. This includes: Completion of grade 12 (not including a general equivalent diploma); Meet the requirements of article 5.02 of the Alberta Collective Agreement Highly motivated and mechanically inclined Strong assets will include: Excellent written and verbal communications skills Previous Caterpillar experience and basic computer skills Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay. The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the collective agreement. The successful candidate will perform repairs on machines and execute a variety of service-oriented functions. This role operates within the Power and Energy Field team based out of the Red Deer facility.

Candidates must be working towards Interprovincial Heavy Duty Certification and have completed grade 12. Applicants are expected to be mechanically inclined and must be willing to join the associated union.
