The Document Scanner is responsible for ensuring that all dealer remittances from all departments are electronically scanned to our server. Hours of work for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm MT Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm MT on Friday. Essential Responsibilities: * Create electronic copies of our remittances for Credit Insurance, Mechanical Breakdown Insurance, Replacement Insurance, and ancillary products on a daily basis. * Receives inter department emails and completes tasks for file management. * Correspond with external customers regarding financial transactions. * Monitors scanned documents for visual clarity, positioning, and completion. * Scans required documentation and files for various departments. * Completes monthly audits to ensure file accuracy and completion. * Carry and move bankers' boxes as required for shredding (both at the main location and offsite location). * Other duties as required. Qualifications: * A minimum completion of Highschool Diploma is Required. * A minimum of 6 months working in an office environment is an asset. * Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), is required. * Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is required. * Fluent in French with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is an asset. * Moderate lifting and moving of bankers’ boxes (approx. 35lb). * Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, education verification, and employment reference checks is required before employment. A high school diploma and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Candidates must be able to lift approximately 35lbs and pass several background and credit checks.
