As we grow, we?re looking for a reliable team member to join the crew. Summary We?re hiring a *Warehouse Associate* to join Flamingo+ Cannabis. This role is best for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You?ll handle incoming inventory, process purchase orders, and prepare inter-store shipments to ensure products are received, organized, and delivered correctly to our retail locations. Responsibilities * Process and receive *purchase orders* * Prepare and manage *inter-store shipments and transfers* * Receive vendor deliveries and verify against documents * Pick, pack, label, and prepare inventory for shipment * Ensure accuracy of all outgoing transfers * Organize and store incoming inventory properly * Assist with inventory counts and discrepancies * Maintain accurate inventory records * Keep warehouse clean and organized * Load and unload shipments * Communicate issues to management * Support smooth inventory flow between locations * Follow company handling procedures * Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications * Warehouse, inventory, or retail experience preferred * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable with inventory systems and computers * Organized and able to manage multiple tasks * Reliable and able to work independently * Good communication and teamwork skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to lift and move inventory * Experience with purchase orders or shipping is an asset * Cannabis/vape knowledge is an asset * *Must be 19+* If you?re dependable and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we?d love to hear from you. *Join Flamingo+ Cannabis and help keep our stores stocked and moving.
