WHAT YOU’LL DO As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure our customers always have the products they need — when they need them. You’ll take ownership of a diverse product portfolio and play a critical role in keeping our distribution centres running smoothly. * Forecast & Replenish a wide range of food and beverage items to maintain continuous supply across our DC network. * Optimize Inventory by achieving targets for inventory levels, turns, and fill rates. * Manage Vendor Relationships through timely purchase orders and proactive communication with suppliers and carriers. * Support Market Growth by maintaining accurate cost and pricing profiles. * Share Market Insights with Sales and Category Management to help guide customer conversations and business decisions. * Lead Seasonal & Promo Planning to ensure we’re ready for peak demand. * Protect Product Quality by managing shelf life, capacity, and obsolete inventory. * Analyze KPIs to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement. * Collaborate Cross‑Functionally with Sales and Category Management to execute product strategies and support profitable case volume. * Champion Safety & Quality by following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, WHMIS, and QA practices. WHAT YOU BRING You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in doing things right. The Category Buyer is responsible for forecasting and replenishing food and beverage items to maintain continuous supply across the distribution network. They manage vendor relationships, optimize inventory levels, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute product strategies.

Candidates need 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or category buying, specifically within the food and beverage industry. A post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Chain and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel are required.
