WHAT YOU’LL DO As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure our customers always have the products they need — when they need them. You’ll take ownership of a diverse product portfolio and play a critical role in keeping our distribution centres running smoothly. * Forecast & Replenish a wide range of food and beverage items to maintain continuous supply across our DC network. * Optimize Inventory by achieving targets for inventory levels, turns, and fill rates. * Manage Vendor Relationships through timely purchase orders and proactive communication with suppliers and carriers. * Support Market Growth by maintaining accurate cost and pricing profiles. * Share Market Insights with Sales and Category Management to help guide customer conversations and business decisions. * Lead Seasonal & Promo Planning to ensure we’re ready for peak demand. * Protect Product Quality by managing shelf life, capacity, and obsolete inventory. * Analyze KPIs to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement. * Collaborate Cross‑Functionally with Sales and Category Management to execute product strategies and support profitable case volume. * Champion Safety & Quality by following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, WHMIS, and QA practices. WHAT YOU BRING You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in doing things right. You’re organized, analytical, and always thinking one step ahead. * 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning or Category Buying * Experience in the food & beverage industry * Strong understanding of inventory management * Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field * Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools * Advanced Excel skills * Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities * Proven ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and stay calm under pressure * Experience managing large product portfolios WHO YOU ARE * Solutions‑oriented and customer‑focused * Highly organized with strong time‑management skills * Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team * Energized by a fast‑paced, dynamic environment * Proud of the work you do and the people you do it with WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING AT FLANAGAN At Flanagan Foodservice, you’re not just joining a company — you’re joining a community.
