About the Role: As an Order Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. Your primary focus will be on selecting, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires attention to detail to verify product quantities and conditions, ensuring that all items meet company and customer requirements before dispatch. You will collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth operations and timely delivery schedules. Ultimately, your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of the supply chain process within our Canadian operations. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels. * Basic physical fitness to lift and move packages up to 30 kg safely. * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders. * Legal authorization to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in order packing, warehousing, or logistics. * Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. * Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in warehousing. Responsibilities: * Accurately pick and pack products according to order sheets or electronic instructions. * Inspect items for quality and quantity to ensure orders are complete and undamaged. * Label packages correctly with shipping information and handle documentation as required. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Assist with inventory management by reporting stock discrepancies or damages. * Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to coordinate order fulfillment and dispatch. * Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies during packing and handling. Skills: The required skills such as attention to detail and physical stamina are essential for accurately selecting and packing orders while maintaining safety standards. Communication skills enable effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, a preferred skill, helps streamline order processing and inventory tracking, improving overall efficiency. Organizational skills assist in managing multiple orders simultaneously and maintaining a tidy workspace. Additionally, knowledge of health and safety practices ensures compliance with regulations and promotes a safe working environment for all employees.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, legal authorization to work in Canada, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 kg. Previous experience in warehousing or forklift certification is preferred but not required.
