Position: Product Manager - Junior Requisition Number: RQ11356 Assignment Number: A2848400 Client: Government Services Integration Cluster Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Start Date: Aug 10, 2026 End Date: March 31, 2027 Location: Toronto Work Schedule: Onsite (5 days per week) Hours: 7.25 hours per day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; excluding breaks) MANDATORY SKILLS 5+ years of experience in product management. Agile and traditional project management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience in the data & AI domain. Act as the liaison between clients and development teams. Translate business strategy into product strategy and subsequently the translation to high level requirements. Own and execute the product roadmap. Provide insights and collateral to stakeholders on the specific areas of the product. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between clients and development teams. Translate business strategy into product strategy and subsequently the translation to high level requirements. Own and execute the product roadmap. Provide insights and collateral to stakeholders on the specific areas of the product. Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues. Act as the product owners in agile ceremonies. Skills & Qualifications: Relevant education. Experience in the data & AI domain. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5+ years of experience in product management. Agile and traditional project management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability working in Agile, fast-paced, data-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large-scale distributed systems with many stakeholders and clients. Evaluation: Product Management skills - 50% Interpersonal Skills - 50%

The Product Manager acts as a liaison between clients and development teams to translate business strategy into high-level requirements. They are responsible for owning and executing the product roadmap and managing the product throughout its entire lifecycle.

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in product management and expertise in the data and AI domain. Proficiency in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies is required.
