As a Multi-Skilled Dozer or Grader Operator at our Fort McMurray site, you'll be part of a team that shapes the landscape of Canada's energy future. FLINT is hiring a crew of Dozer and Grader Operators for permanent work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting ASAP. This role offers a 6/6 rotation schedule, daily bussing from Fort McMurray, and benefits after 300+ hours. This is a local position that is best suited for residents of Fort McMurray. Overtime eligible after 8 hours per day OR 44 hours per week starting September 1, 2026. Ready to shape both the landscape and your future? A minimum of 2000+ hours of experience operating a 16M or 24M grader. Open pit mining experience is an asset. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada) Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine. Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
