FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting ASAP. Qualifications Minimum Equipment Experience Required: 2,000+ hours operating CAT D10/D11 Dozers with Push Down, 2,000+ hours on CAT 24M Graders, 2,000+ hours on 450+ Excavators, and 1,000+ hours on 785+ Haul Trucks. Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation) Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Able to train on new equipment when requested. Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
