Job Description FLINT is seeking a Power Engineer 3rd or 4th Class with Field Production operation experience for a minimum 1-year power engineering role in Peace River, Alberta starting August 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In - 7 Days Out & 7 Nights In - 7 Nights Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Power Engineer. Possess a Power Engineering Certificate. Proven ability to inspect and install equipment, direct crews on site, conduct research, provide resource and cost forecasting, and report on project status. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: H2S Alive Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Standard First Aid Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
