Location: Peace River, Alberta Duration: September 8 - 16, 2026NOW HIRING: Pipefitters | Millwrights | Electricians | Instrumentation Technicians| WeldersDetails:Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and turnaround activities on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment to support safe and reliable mill operations.Continuous Schedule8 -hour regular time and 2-hour overtime workdaysMobilization/Demobilization provided for up to 12 hours of travel each way.LOA for non-locals: $ 170 per dayQualificationsValid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.Minimum 4 years of industrial experience preferred.Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:WHMIS No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.Fall ProtectionConfined Space EntryAerial Work PlatformWelders are to provide the following tickets:CWBB-PressurePhysically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Perform maintenance, repair, and installation activities on mechanical, electrical, and process equipment during a pulp mill turnaround. Ensure safe and reliable mill operations through technical support and equipment upkeep.

Requires a valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate and preferably at least 4 years of industrial experience. Mandatory safety tickets including WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Entry are required.
