FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Rig Welders with turnaround experience for 3 weeks role in Conklin, Alberta (Christina Lake) starting September 12, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a continuous work schedule of 24 days on and 4 days off., 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Qualifications Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020 H2S Alive Confined Space Entry Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Fall Protection WHMIS Possess the mandatory welding tickets: B-Pressure Class-A CWB CS/SS Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance. Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing. The Rig Welder will perform precision welding to build and maintain critical industrial infrastructure. This role involves working on a 24 days on and 4 days off schedule at a project site in Conklin, Alberta.

Candidates must hold a valid Journeyperson Welder certificate, B-Pressure, Class-A, and CWB CS/SS tickets. A fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance is mandatory, along with various safety certifications.
