Summary Forklift Operator responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ensures accurate inventory handling, completes daily equipment checks, supports shipping/receiving, and maintains a clean, organized workspace while following all safety procedures and productivity standards. Shift: Nights and Afternoons Responsibilities Experience working in a warehouse environment. Production experience is an asset. Supporting handling materials across production and/ or logistics warehouse Operating a forklift/Reach/Walkie to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials. Pick/pack/stage and ship customer orders. Maintain accountability for the safe and efficient operation of related equipment. Unloading and verifying inbound shipments safely and moving products to storage locations. Ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; reporting quality variances where applicable. Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assisting in physical inventories and cycle counts as required. Ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO). Inspect trailers, raw materials, and finished goods for defective products and/or ingredients. Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Ensure that operations are conducted in a manner that promotes safety. Other duties as required. Qualifications 2+ years of experience operating Counterbalance and Raymond Reach Completion of a Counterbalance/Reach training certificate (Flow recertification required). RF scanner experience is an asset. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices. Fluency in English both oral and written. Team player and good communication skills Must be able to commute to Aurora, Ontario everyday. This role is full time, you must be able to work full time and on work permit or PR in Canada. Flexibility to be able to cover any shift as needed is a bonus.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials, ensuring accurate inventory handling and completing daily equipment checks. This role also involves supporting shipping/receiving activities while strictly adhering to all safety procedures and productivity standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience operating Counterbalance and Raymond Reach equipment, along with completion of relevant training certificates. Fluency in both oral and written English is required, and the applicant must be able to commute daily to Aurora, Ontario, for this full-time position.
