A Day in the Life: -Assist in the design, prototyping and testing of new curtain wall and facade systems and components. -Conduct hands-on testing to evaluate the performance of façade systems. -Collaborate with designers/drafting/engineering to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize designs for manufacturing and installation efficiency. -Provide hands on technical support as required with both current and previous Flynn jobs. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that new products and materials meet industry standards and client specifications.
