Roofing Project Manager

What We Offer Performance-based bonus opportunity Vehicle allowance + gas card Branch and team social events Ongoing training through Flynn University and eLearning Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including: Dental and supplemental medical plans Vision care Life insurance RRSP matching program Employee & Family Assistance Program A Day in the Life Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and labor targets Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams Lead project kickoff, handoff, and closeout meetings Coordinate with Safety, Site Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure safe project execution Identify project risks and negotiate effective solutions Develop schedules of values and manage change orders Utilize internal systems, including PIL and PFP Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards Requirements Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction Commercial roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems, manufacturers and suppliers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software is considered an asset Valid G driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals. Manage commercial roofing projects from award to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers while coordinating with internal teams and site supervisors.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction with specific knowledge of roofing systems. Must possess a valid G driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
