Roofing Superintendent

$90,000 – $110,000 a year - Office Full-time Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our Mississauga Branch and support commercial roofing projects across the GTA. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting crews, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Flynn standards. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial roofing experience and be able to hit the ground running. The Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating crews, and managing project logistics to ensure safety and efficiency. They will also maintain client relationships and ensure all project documentation and contractual performance standards are met.

Candidates must have 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience and the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications. A valid G driver's license and Working at Heights certification are required for this role.
