Side Loader Forklift Operator

Side Loader Forklift Operator $30-$35/h | Full-time | On-site Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking an experienced Side Loader Forklift Operator to support our Vancouver manufacturing shop. This is a newly created full-time position to support growing production volume. We are specifically seeking candidates with recent, hands-on side loader experience in a manufacturing environment. This position is Monday-Friday from 6am-2:15pm (Paid for 8h/day). What We Offer Annual golf tournament, summer BBQs, and holiday events Ongoing training through Flynn University and eLearning Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including: Dental and supplemental medical plans RRSP contributions Employee & Family Assistance Program Day in the Life Safely operate a side loader forklift with custom attachments Move and transport large modular wall panel systems Remove completed units from the assembly line and load onto shipping racks Work closely with another operator Complete all safety checklists, documentation, and tracking accurately and on time Scan and track modules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of recent experience operating a side loader forklift Manufacturing environment experience Valid forklift operator certification/license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Proficient English communication skills Legally entitled to work in Canada Must live locally Valid driver's license and own vehicle Experience with inventory tracking, scanning, or materials handling documentation *Please note: Only candidates with recent side loader forklift experience will be considered. Safely operate a side loader forklift to transport large modular wall panel systems within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include loading units onto shipping racks, completing safety documentation, and maintaining an organized work area.

Candidates must have 3-4 years of recent side loader forklift experience in manufacturing and a valid operator certification. A valid driver's license, own vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
