We're partnering with a large Canadian healthcare organization undergoing a major, multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll transformation. The program will support approximately 200,000 employees, bringing multiple healthcare organizations onto a unified Workday platform while standardizing processes and data, with the wider transformation running through 2029. We're seeking a Workday Data Architect to help define and govern the data architecture supporting this complex implementation, with a particular focus on enterprise data migration, conversion and successful delivery into Workday. Details: 🔸 Role – Workday Data Architect 🔸 Type – 12–18+ month contract 🔸 Hours – 40 hours per week 🔸 Rate – Open, dependent on experience 🔸 Location – 100% Remote – Canada 🔸 Time Zone – Pacific Time 🔸 Project – Multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation Requirements: 🔹 Strong Workday data architecture and/or data conversion experience 🔹 Multiple years of Workday experience, including end-to-end implementations 🔹 Experience with source-to-target architecture, data migration, mapping, transformation and conversion 🔹 Experience defining data standards, governance and conversion approaches 🔹 Large enterprise Workday implementation experience – 50,000+ employees ideally 🔹 Workday HCM & Payroll data experience highly desirable 🔹 Experience within complex, multi-entity and/or regulated environments 🔹 Strong stakeholder management across functional, technical, data and SI teams 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮'𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵!

Define and govern the data architecture for a large-scale Workday HCM and Payroll transformation. Focus on enterprise data migration, conversion, and successful delivery into the Workday platform for approximately 200,000 employees.

Requires extensive experience in Workday data architecture and end-to-end implementations, specifically within large enterprises of 50,000+ employees. Candidates must be proficient in data migration, mapping, and governance within complex or regulated environments.
