We're partnering with a leading Canadian health solutions organization seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to take ownership of the configuration, maintenance and optimization of Workday Canadian Payroll, while also supporting additional Workday modules based on business needs. We're seeking someone with strong hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience who can translate complex payroll and business requirements into effective Workday solutions. You'll work closely with Payroll, HR, business stakeholders and other Workday module leads while owning enhancements, troubleshooting configuration issues and helping drive continuous optimization across Workday Payroll and other supported modules. This is a permanent opportunity offering flexible remote working, alongside a comprehensive benefits and rewards package. Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada. 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: 🔸 Role – Workday HRIS Analyst, Canadian Payroll 🔸 Type – Permanent 🔸 Salary – Up to C$100,000 base 🔸 Bonus – 7% STIP 🔸 Location – Canada – Remote 🔸 Vacation – 3 weeks + an additional week for new hires in year 1 🔸 Benefits – Employer-paid health and dental benefits from day 1 🔸 Pension – Employer-matched pension plan 🔸 Focus – Workday Canadian Payroll configuration, optimization and support, plus additional Workday modules based on business needs 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 🔹 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on Workday Canadian Payroll configuration experience 🔹 Experience configuring Workday Canadian Payroll within a multi-unionized environment with complex payroll rules 🔹 Hands-on experience troubleshooting Workday Payroll calculation and configuration issues, testing changes and delivering system enhancements 🔹 Strong requirements gathering, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills 🔹 Previous experience working within an HR Systems or Workday configuration team 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: 🔹 Workday Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation or other Workday module configuration experience 🔹 Workday Payroll, HCM and/or other Workday certifications 🔹 Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) or Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation 🔹 Strong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll legislation and regulatory requirements, including CRA and Revenu Québec 🔹 Project management and/or company acquisition experience 🔹 French and English bilingualism 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵!
