We're partnering with a large Canadian healthcare organization undergoing a major transformation initiative, including a multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation. The program will support approximately 200,000 employees, bringing multiple healthcare organizations onto a unified Workday platform while standardizing processes and systems, with the wider transformation running through 2029. We're seeking a Workday Integrations Architect to provide architecture and technical leadership across the Workday integration landscape, helping define integration approaches and ensuring integrations between Workday and the organization's wider enterprise systems are scalable, secure and successfully delivered. Details: 🔸 Role – Workday Integrations Architect 🔸 Type – 12 to 18+ month contract 🔸 Hours – 40 hours per week 🔸 Rate – Open, dependent on experience 🔸 Location – 100% Remote – Canada 🔸 Time Zone – Pacific Time 🔸 Project – Multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation Requirements: 🔹 Strong Workday integrations experience, including architecture/design responsibilities 🔹 Multiple years of Workday experience, including end-to-end implementations 🔹 Strong experience with Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services/APIs 🔹 Experience defining integration architecture, patterns, standards and technical designs for complex Workday implementations 🔹 Experience integrating Workday with multiple enterprise applications and third-party systems 🔹 Large enterprise Workday implementation experience – 50,000+ employees ideally 🔹 Workday HCM & Payroll integration experience highly desirable 🔹 Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across Workday functional, integration, data, security, SI and enterprise technology teams 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵!

Provide architecture and technical leadership for a large-scale Workday HCM and Payroll implementation. Define integration approaches and ensure scalable, secure connections between Workday and wider enterprise systems.

Requires extensive experience in Workday integration technologies and end-to-end implementations for large enterprises. Must be proficient in Workday Studio, EIBs, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
