We're partnering with a large Canadian healthcare organization undergoing a major transformation initiative, including a multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation. The program will support approximately 200,000 employees, bringing multiple healthcare organizations onto a unified Workday platform while standardizing processes and systems, with the wider transformation running through 2029. We're seeking a Workday Security Architect to provide architecture and technical leadership across Workday security, helping define the security model, governance, standards and controls required to support a large, complex and highly regulated enterprise environment. 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: 🔸 Role – Workday Security Architect 🔸 Type – 12 to 18+ month contract 🔸 Hours – 40 hours per week 🔸 Rate – Open, dependent on experience 🔸 Location – 100% Remote – Canada 🔸 Time Zone – Pacific Time 🔸 Project – Multi-wave Workday HCM & Payroll implementation 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 🔹 Strong Workday Security experience, including architecture/design responsibilities 🔹 Multiple years of Workday experience, including end-to-end implementations 🔹 Deep understanding of Workday security architecture, including domain and business process security, security groups and role-based access 🔹 Experience designing and governing scalable Workday security models across complex enterprise environments 🔹 Strong understanding of security governance, access controls and segregation of duties 🔹 Experience working across Workday HCM and Payroll environments 🔹 Large enterprise Workday implementation experience – 50,000+ employees ideally 🔹 Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across Workday functional, technical, integration, data, security, SI and enterprise technology teams 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵!

Provide technical leadership to define the security model, governance, and standards for a large-scale Workday HCM and Payroll implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable security controls in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Requires extensive experience in Workday security architecture and end-to-end implementations for large enterprises with over 50,000 employees. Must possess deep knowledge of domain security, business process security, and security governance.
