We’re looking for a Mainboard Model Agent to join our team in Montreal! Someone with strong people skills, good instincts, and a natural sense of taste. You don’t need to come from a modeling background (but this is a +). What matters most is your ability to build relationships, communicate confidently, and handle negotiations. The rest, you’ll learn with us! In this role, you’ll manage and develop relationships with our talent, oversee castings and bookings, and work closely with clients to match the right models to the right projects. You’ll also handle contract negotiations, keep portfolios and records up to date, and stay on top of industry trends to spot new opportunities for growth. We work with a wide range of clients, from established retailers and designers to newer brands, giving you strong exposure to the Montreal and Canadian market. You’ll also be in direct contact with agencies and talent in New York, LA, Paris, etc. Our team works with top-tier talent and globally recognized brands, including Dior Beauty, talent featured in campaigns like SKIMS, and different editorials such as Elle Canada, while continuing to discover and develop new talent locally. This role is a maternity leave cover to start, with the goal of building something longer-term within the team. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in growing with us—there’s a real opportunity for the position to become permanent depending on how things evolve and overall team needs. What you bring: Experience in client relations, and contract negotiation (talent management is a +) Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Comfort working with digital tools and databases to manage talent and bookings Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills Fluency in English and French is an asset Why joining us: We’re a small, tight-knit team built on long-term relationships, with both our talents and our clients. Exigences

Requires experience in client relations and contract negotiation with strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English and French is considered an asset.
