We are currently looking for a CNC Operator to help ensure the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do * Operate various CNC machines. * Support the CNC programming team by making minor adjustments and performing regular quality checks. * Troubleshoot machines and equipment to quickly and safely resolve production issues. * Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards. * Meet daily production goals and deadlines. * Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. * Perform any other tasks assigned to support the team. What You Bring * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting. * Knowledge of machine safety procedures, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO). * Ability to make real-time adjustments and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow. Requirements * 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs. * Full physical dexterity and ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures. * Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas. Ce que vous ferez

Operate various CNC machines and perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain a clean work area to meet daily production goals.

Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar CNC operation role. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
