Brand Impressions & Aesthetics: Proactively maintain gravel driveways (weeding) and curate welcoming outdoor spaces for brewery guests (including firepit organization, clearing, and wood stacking). Asset Protection: Conduct routine inspections and basic structural upkeep of paddock fence lines and gate systems. Production & Operational Support: Assist with general farm chores and light infrastructure tasks to help both the farm and brewery operations grow smoothly. Who You Are Mechanically Minded: You have proven experience safely operating and respecting agricultural machinery, including tractors and zero-turn mowers. Disciplined & Autonomous: You prefer working from a clear priority checklist. You enjoy managing your own day efficiently without needing constant direct supervision. Detail-Focused: You take pride in clean edges and neat pathways, and you respect the boundaries of a delicate, active market-garden ecosystem. Reliable Partner: You are consistent, communicative, and looking for a rewarding outdoor role where your effort is highly valued.
