Parts Technician

Foremost has an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Technician located at our Facility in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities * Work with minimal direction and is responsible for receiving, issuing, storing and preparing shipments of all materials * Assist other Foremost departments with identification, issue and receipt of materials and components needed in the day-to-day operation of the plant * Identify and correct errors or omissions in bills of material, shipping lists and/or inventory levels * Other duties as required Qualifications * Parts counter and warehouse experience would be considered an asset * Must have basic computer skills * Mechanical capabilities is an asset * Forklift certification required * Safety Training an asset, but will train as required What we Offer * Competitive Compensation. * In-depth Safety Program. The Parts Technician is responsible for receiving, issuing, storing, and preparing shipments of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. They also assist other departments with the identification and procurement of necessary components for daily plant operations.

Candidates should have basic computer skills and previous warehouse or parts counter experience is considered an asset. A valid forklift certification is required, and mechanical capabilities are preferred.
