Résumé du poste

Your New Company Our client is one of Canada’s leading fully integrated real estate organizations, with an established portfolio of commercial and multi-residential properties across North America. With more than 50 years of success, the organization offers the stability of an established national company alongside a collaborative, people-focused culture. Employees benefit from exposure to a diverse real estate portfolio, experienced leadership and meaningful opportunities for professional growth. Your New Role As Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to commercial and residential property teams throughout Ontario and Quebec. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide practical and strategic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and employee engagement. You will help leaders navigate complex people matters, support organizational change and ensure HR programs and policies are applied consistently across the portfolio. This role requires someone who can balance business priorities with sound HR practices while building strong relationships with leaders and employees across multiple locations. What You’ll Need to Succeed We’re looking for someone with: Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist role. A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience supporting employees or operations in Quebec. Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, performance concerns, workplace investigations and conflict resolution. The confidence and judgment to coach leaders through complex people decisions. Strong relationship-building, communication and internal client-service skills. The ability to support multiple business groups, locations and competing priorities. Experience working within a multi-site or decentralized organization. French-language proficiency will be considered a strong asset. A CHRP or CHRL designation and previous experience in commercial real estate, residential property management or a related industry would also be advantageous. What You Will Get in Return You will join an established and respected real estate organization that offers long-term stability, a collaborative working environment and exposure to both commercial and multi-residential operations. The position offers an annual base salary, a comprehensive benefits package and meaningful opportunities for continued professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, advising operational leaders and making a visible impact across a diverse real estate portfolio.
