Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate Surrey, BC | $90,000–$110,000 + Benefits A growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and commercial strata assets throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially focused Property Manager who enjoys operating with autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team structure. The Role This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including tenant relations, landlord communications, budgeting, lease administration, contractor coordination, and property operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants while working alongside dedicated administrative and accounting support. You Will Be Responsible For Managing a portfolio of commercial office, retail, industrial, and strata properties Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants Building trusted relationships with property owners and stakeholders Conducting regular property inspections and site visits Interpreting and administering commercial lease agreements Preparing and managing operating budgets Performing operating cost reconciliations and financial reviews Coordinating maintenance vendors, contractors, and capital projects Supporting tenant retention and lease renewals Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and asset value Working closely with accounting and administrative support teams Ideal Candidate Approximately 5+ years of commercial property management experience Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use commercial properties Background working for a third-party property management firm preferred Strong understanding of commercial lease interpretation and administration Experience preparing budgets and operating cost reconciliations Strong relationship management skills with owners, tenants, and vendors Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred Highly accountable, organized, and capable of working independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills What Success Looks Like The organization is looking for someone who: Takes ownership of their portfolio Builds trust with clients, tenants, and colleagues Communicates directly and professionally Looks for solutions rather than excuses Thrives in an accountable environment Wants to contribute to a growing organization Compensation & Benefits $90,000–$110,000 base salary Comprehensive benefits package Strong vacation and coverage support structure Career growth opportunities Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Location Surrey, BC Primarily office-based with regular site visits Approximately 85% office / 15% on-site How to Apply Please submit your resume for consideration.
