We are partnering with a organization to appoint a Contract Project Manager to support a key client within the financial services sector. This is a 6 to 12 month contract position focused on delivering office and retail fit out projects within a banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects end to end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. Key responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects including planning, design coordination, procurement, and execution Oversee office and retail fit out projects across multiple locations Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders Build strong working relationships and provide regular project updates Manage expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Track project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance Review and approve project costs, change orders, and invoices Ensure cost control and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards Candidate profile: PMP certification is preferred. Proven experience managing construction projects, specifically office and retail fit outs Experience working within financial services or banking environments is preferred Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment Commercially astute with strong attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing environment and contribute to a portfolio of impactful projects within a dynamic and evolving sector.
