Floral Designer Full Time Day

What You’ll Do Prepare, design and display floral arrangements, products and giftware according to customer demand and company standards. Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Foster strong customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer relations through selling, educating and consulting. Uphold our high quality standards of product ensuring proper care, rotation, processing and maintenance of all floral items. Assist the department manager with the day to day operations of the department by placing orders for product and supplies, receiving, taking orders, training and supervising part time employees. Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards. Record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures. Perform other duties, as assigned What You’ll Need To Succeed A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service. Experience and/or education as a Floral Designer is required. Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities. Previous leadership experience would be beneficial. Excellent organization, planning and communication skills. Requires previous experience and/or education as a Floral Designer and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Strong customer service focus and previous leadership experience are highly beneficial.
