The Role (your playground) We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment cycle; from building pipelines to closing candidates and sending offers. You’ll work directly with our HR Director, get hands-on training, and grow into someone who can run recruitment independently across multiple brands. What You’ll Be Doing Owning the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → interviews → offers → close) Building strong, proactive talent pipelines (not just reacting to applicants) Sourcing across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and beyond Using ATS tools to track, manage, and move candidates efficiently Partnering with department managers across different teams and brands Creating a great, human candidate experience from first touch to offer Getting creative with outreach and finding talent others miss What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms Strong experience managing pipelines Someone extroverted, confident, and comfortable engaging candidates daily Creative thinker, you don’t rely on the same old sourcing tactics Able to juggle multiple roles in a fast-moving environment Based in Montreal and open to working on-site Why You’ll Want This Job Real ownership: you’re not just coordinating, you’re driving hires Work across multiple brands and roles (no two days look the same) Direct mentorship from the HR Director Fast-paced, high-growth environment where you’ll actually see your impact Interview Process in a flash: 1.
